Shopping with NaNa Gallery

If you are considering the purchase of jewelry or watches thru our service, please read the following:

• Payment - We accept payment in cash, personal and bank checks, and wire transfers.   Sorry, we do not work with credit cards, because of the transaction fees that would have to be passed onto our customers. Pay Pal may also be an option.
   

• Shipping - Items are shipped as soon as funds clear - immediately for bank checks and wire transfers, and usually 3 to 5 days for personal checks.   We work with a number of shippers (USPS-Registered Mail, Fed Ex, etc) and insure all items.   The cost of shipping is added to the purchase price.
   

• Returns - It is up to what supplier we ultimately use as to what exchange policies are in effect. Items may or may not be returned for a refund.  This will be discussed prior to your purchase. During the creation and or shopping of your piece, we will work closely with you at every stage of the process to assure that the finished jewel is exactly what you want. It is up to what supplier we ultimately use as to what exchange policies are in effect. 
   

• Sales Tax – Nana Gallery is based in Texas which has a tax rate of 8.25%
   

• Privacy - Our policy with regard to privacy is very simple: We never have and never will share client information with third parties.  Your trust and confidence is critical to our business.  We will never violate that trust by sharing your e-mail address or other information with unauthorized persons.
